At the present invention of computer and information technology and communication, knowledge based on computer brings a unique change: --- ** Now sovereign power is no longer belong to state, it is only reserved for humans. ** No people are born as a king, subjects, or soldier or slave, so every person is equal, with sovereign power and having independence. ** Human only for his or her fitness and intelligence, enjoying his or her life in different ways that is an important affair.. ** Since human’s birth, humankind is not only owner of his or her own land or country but also owner of the whole universe. So human should possess rules and regulations of free movement, right to live anywhere without any interference. ** State and government are no longer our god or absolute owner of these two things. State or government is endowed with maximum power from the people for bringing peace, happiness, environment to live peacefully, maintaining law and order. If anybody does wrong, state can bring him or her before court for trial suspending his or her sovereign power. Once men had no ability to comprehend this and now they are advancing by correcting their faults and misdeeds. 2. The losses to humans caused by the UN are described here: It is learnt from the investigation of the Archaeologists that the age of the earth ranges 900 to 1,000 million years, while the trace of humankind ranges from 300 to 400 million. Some opine humans the earth was created 10 crores years ago. This time people migrated and transferred from here to there and there to here. No obstacles barred them to move or migrate except the natural calamities. In quest of livelihood, people frequently migrated and displaced and began to live any place as per their will. Once what practiced, should reintroduce in the human civilization. The supreme power is reserved for people instead of the state. In the name of providing security and keeping the pace of economic advancement, state began to tighten border movement and this phenomenon gradually became the countries prisoners. Thus, in today’s world, we can see 208 largest single prisoners in 208 countries. If we travel borders, we can see all animal, insects, birds and air and cloud moving freely, but humans, if the best lives intend to move freely, border guards will come forward to resist movement. If anybody possesses a legal document like passport, visa, license of luggage checking, then he or she may get permission to travel or barred movement. In a word, if guards are not satisfied to anyone who intends to travel may send him or her to prison or to be shot on sight. In case of Bangladesh and India, we can see that once the territories of these two countries where same, the culture and language, habits and behavior were nearly identical. Eminent singer Bhupen Hazarika sings, the Ganges and the Padma are his mother, waters of Meghna and Jamuna is as like as showers of eyes to him. But this sentiment is dishonored at every step while we see the cattle traders are moving to the border with business purpose. The Indian guards think that Bangladesh is a small and weak country so shoot the tracers alleging that they are tax-evaders. 3. It seems that the UN can contribute more what it contributed to inhabitants of the globe: ---UN born in nearly 70 years ago, instabilities existing in countries like Bangladesh, Myanmar, Pakistan, Syria, Egypt, Sudan, Columbia, Nicaragua, Ethiopia and Afghanistan. Civic rights, good governance, overall development are not present in these countries. In these countries, there are no initiatives to establish--- a) Overall information system b) Peoples' human rights c) Judiciary d) Mass-discipline e) Conducting a general election under supervision of the UN is a must. Discussion on social, economic development We discuss UN succeeded a lot in field of people’s development in various countries for what the UN is established to do. But it is not sufficient enough for mankind. A list of failures of this world body depicts the picture of sorrows and pathos that lead the mankind facing manifold losses. So we intend to discuss on what UN should do more for the people of the world. To Peoples Rule, we always focus that the future of this world lies in Peoples Rule as all people aspire to free from all bondages and chains. In this new atmosphere, people will get a lot of facilities to enjoy innumerable rights and privileges, and have a chance to acquire immense resources, wealth, commodities, service. UN bodies should come forward to ensure these rights and facilities by conducting capacities of it over the member countries. Now we discuss what Peoples Rule can contribute here. In Peoples Rule, there are two major divisions to get achievements: a) social achievements and b) economic achievements. In social achievements, we get :- a) People's sovereignty and true independence are a must. b) Peoples immense power and dignity will be increased tremendously c) Nobody can mar or obstruct or harass them at any time d) Government and concerned authority should show due respect and honor to them so that they can enjoy their life as they will. e) Every country, even United Nations should come forward to ascertain their rights and privileges dully. f) Every person on the globe shall get right to travel any country without any bar and obstacle and right to live shall entitle to anyone as his or her will. g) In continuous practice of Peoples Rule, the people of the globe will recycle them to receive one language gradually across the countries, as a result, all sorts of differences and divisions that exist among the people now, will be erased day by day. Economic achievements: -- In proposing Peoples Rule, peoples shall enjoy optimum economic facilities as like-- a) All countries and United Nations shall ensure the civic dignity and optimum achievements to all citizens. b) As every person shall get a chance to move to any country to lead his or her life peacefully and happily so no power can obstruct his or her free movement where he or she intends to move. c) This situation encourages every citizen of any country to move freely to any place of any country. As a result the governments have come to a position to compete each other to have more facilities for the citizens. This situation will increase production and achievement in many folds. d) In Peoples Rule, the provision of continued practices shall bring one language for all across the country, forgetting the silly difference and divisions among the people. e) People Rule shall gradually introduce one currency across the country in view to erase exploitation, difference and divisions by practicing rules and regulation of these noble ideals. As a result, exploitation and backwardness existing in poor and least developed countries shall be removed day by day. People will get a chance to bring prosperity and advancement among them tremendously. Economic, overall development From ancient age to British rule, Indian subcontinent including Bangladesh was one of the rich countries in the world. During the British rule, among the five richest countries like Great Britain, USA, Indian subcontinent, Italy and Germany, India including Bangladesh was one of them. Among all the states of India, Bangladesh was the rich and prosperous country. That is why a proverb goes on ‘’what Bengal thinks today, India thinks tomorrow.’’ Today, we can see South Asia’s 3 mighty rivers like Padma, Meghna and Jamuna meet together in Bangladesh that attract the rest of the globe to travel and live here permanently. That is why the density of the populace is highest here and Bangladesh leads rest of Indian subcontinent in fields of culture, education and overall development. Not only that the sons of this country are now on the topmost place of development work in USA, UK, Japan, Canada, China, Europe, Australia including other countries of the world. It is amazing to hear that Bangladeshi children are engaged in China for developing its rising computer, mobile phone industry by providing planning and design, supplying raw materials, producing, handling management jobs and exporting goods to other countries. In Iran, after crude oil exporting, melamine is the other important goods to export to other countries. Expatriate Sylhet people do this whole job sitting in Tehran and other cities of Iran. Turkey is included in its export basket being bread, bread-chemicals, chocolate, candy, etc. The Sylhet people are engaged to lead this sector, while Bangladeshis are involved in producing palm-oil and Halal food, along with vegetables and exporting these goods to other countries. Industrialists in Japan and South Korea are treated Bangladeshi laborers as the best laborers in the world for their excellent work performances. The son of Coxesbazar, former Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohammad is the architect of modern Malaysia while the architect of Maldives Mamun Abdul Gayum took graduation degree from Dhaka University. We all know that scientist Iynestyne of sculpture industry is Fazlur Rahman, who born and brought up in Shariatpur district in Bangladesh. He achieved highest order of excellence in developing a formula of the Circle Inside Circle. He planned and built the largest airport in Jeddah in KSA as well as Dhaka’s child K M Kaisar was the planner to sit two rival counties like China and USA at a table that made the two country's friend to each other. Former diplomat and Finance Minister Shah M S A Kibria says, I traveled so many countries but nowhere seen country like Bangladesh. The people of this country are as meritorious, gentle as developed that no country can dare to challenge them. But the question arises why they are leading a poor life? The answer to this question is right leadership and political unrest, instability. The Only Peoples Rule can give the right solution to run this country in the right direction. This system derived from experiences and loopholes of 25oo year rule. We hope that if people of the globe come forward to receive Peoples Rule, no one can hinder the pace of development and advancement in this country. Essential to running everything strictly Peoples Rule shall correct the lapses and faults of the present democracy with reality. That is why we propose Peoples Rule to meet the quarries of the present age and ages to come. Still, we hope that the beneficiary-receivers will amend this rule when need arises in the ages to come and correct them as per their will. We hope better system for future people. Abraham Lincoln says government of the People, by the People, for the People’’. The state is the service provider, nothing more than that. In the name of privacy, the ruling class usually tries to harass, humiliate and gauge the throat of the opposition in such a way that they are not able to receive any service from government; rather people may go on ruin day by day.
